Mike Rawlinson, General Manager
Mike jointly set up the venture at The Red Cat with brother Chris last year. Mike has worked in the catering industry for a number of years in various restaurants and also has a commercial background. A strong management style ensures the service and cuisine are of the highest standard.
Hannah Pioli, Assistant Manager
Instrumental in the day to day of the restaurant, Hannah's experience is vital to The Red Cat. Whilst studying for a degree in Hospitality Management Hannah worked in restaurants in Manchester, then moving further afield to Sydney to work at Astral, Star City.
